Enjoy a special introductory rate of just $99 for the first year. Full member dues increase gradually over eight years to a base rate of $247.

Division Membership

APA's 54 special interest divisions offer opportunities to network and grow within a specific area of psychology. Division membership is in addition to APA membership. However, most divisions offer free or low-cost membership for first-year members. Learn more about division membership.

APAPO Dues

The APA Practice Organization (APAPO) offers an upgraded experience for practitioners with unique benefits focused on building your practice. APAPO also focuses on advocating for professional psychologists at the federal level and in support of state organizations. APAPO dues are just $25 for first-year members, increasing gradually over two years to $140. You do not have to join APAPO to be a member of APA. For more information, visit Practice Central.

Dues for CPA Members

Members living in Canada who belong to the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) are eligible to receive a 50 percent reduction on APA and APAPO dues. Notify APA in writing to receive this discount.
